1Our services

VIAJES auténticos INDONESIA organises trips in Labuan Bajo, Komodo National Park, Flores, Sumba and other Indonesian islands, working with local partners such as boat operators, accommodation and guides.

2Requests and offers

Sending the form on a tour page is a request, not a final booking, and no payment is taken at this stage.

We will send a written offer with the price, what is and is not included, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms. Your booking is confirmed once you accept the offer and pay the deposit.

3Prices

Prices depend on the number of guests, the departure date and the choice of boat or accommodation. Prices in an offer are valid until the date stated in that offer.

Government fees, such as national park entrance tickets, may change in line with current regulations.

4Payment

The deposit is paid as stated in the offer, usually 50% of the total. The balance is paid according to the schedule in the offer.

5Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation terms and refund amounts depend on the tour and the partners involved, and are explained in the offer before you pay.

Cancellations and date-change requests must be made in writing on WhatsApp or by email. Date changes depend on boat and accommodation availability.

6Weather and safety

For safety, the order of visits and the route may change according to the weather, sea currents, Komodo National Park regulations and the captain’s decision.

If departures are prohibited by the harbour authority, we will offer a new date or another solution in line with the terms of your offer.

7Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own health, for carrying valid travel documents and for following the instructions of the guide and captain during the trip.

We strongly recommend travel insurance. For diving, please use dive-specific insurance that covers medical evacuation.

8Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, loss of personal belongings, or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government decisions.

9Photos and reviews

Reviews you send may be shown on the website once approved. We only show photos of guests who have given permission, and you can ask for your photos or review to be removed at any time via infoviajesautenticosindonesia@gmail.com.
